    BHSc. CLINICAL SPORTS MYOTHERAPIST

    Kirby is a highly dedicated practitioner and is also the owner and operator of Inner West Health & Performance, bringing over a decade of experience as a myotherapist. Specialising in working with elite athletes, Kirby has collaborated with a leading AFL club, provided her services at the 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth Games, and counts several elite level CrossFit, Pickleball, and combat sport athletes among her clientele. When not treating clients, Kirby is often found in a CrossFit gym, either honing her own skills or coaching others, utilising her L2 certification to inspire and guide.

    Mia Nievelstein

    BHSc. CLINICAL MYOTHERAPIST

    Mia is a passionate practitioner whose personal journey with pain has fuelled her commitment to helping others move freely and live without limitations. With a deep curiosity for understanding the “why” behind the body’s mechanics, she takes the time to uncover the root of each client’s concerns, ensuring treatment is both effective and empowering. Beyond the clinic, Mia is an active member of her local calisthenics club, where her dedication and love of movement continue to shine.

    Georgie Gill

    REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Georgie is a skilled professional who is deeply committed to her clients' well-being. Hailing from country Victoria, she embodies the warm, welcoming spirit of small-town life, ensuring that each client feels truly heard and cared for. With over decade of experience under her belt, she is consistently praised by clients for her thorough and effective treatment, and outstanding personality. Outside of her work, Georgie enjoys quality time with her two bulldogs, Ezmay and Bonnie, and is always on the lookout for the latest culinary hotspots.

    HEAD COACH

    Link has been part of the Inner West Health & Performance team for over three years, and is very welcoming of belly rubs and pats from all visitors to the clinic. Link takes his duties as Head Coach very seriously, and is committed to helping his clients build strength and mobility to last a lifetime.

    Outside of work, Link can be found diligently supervising the neighbourhood from his enclosed backyard perch, chasing after his favourite toy, or finding the perfect spot to work on his tan.

    Crash

    ASSISTANT COACH

    Crash is admittedly not the highest achieving member of the Inner West Health & Performance team, however what he lacks in book, street or any other kind of smarts, he more than makes up for in loud purrs and an outstanding personality.
