Our 1:1 and 2:1 coaching sessions are designed for individuals who want a fully customised program based based on their goals, movement patterns, injuries, and lifestyle.

Whether you're new to strength training or returning after time off, we structure each session to build strength safely, improve technique, and support long-term progress.

Strong Over 50

For adults 50+ wanting to stay strong, mobile, and confident.

A welcoming, supportive small group class designed specifically for adults over 50 looking to maintain independence, reduce pain, and keep doing the things they love.

Each session focuses on mobility, balance, functional strength, and joint friendly progressions. All coached by Myotherapists who understand the needs of ageing bodies.


Perfect for: over-50s seeking a safe, structured program that supports longevity and strength.

Women’s Strength

For women wanting to build confidence, strength, and technique in a supportive environment.

Our Women’s Strength sessions are designed for real women with real bodies. These small group sessions focus on foundational lifts, functional strength, mobility, and progressive overload that supports changes in energy, hormones, and recovery.

Whether you're brand new to strength training or rebuilding confidence, this class gives you a structured, uplifting environment to feel strong and capable without intimidation.

Perfect for: women aged 30-60+, especially those wanting guidance through peri-menopause and menopause, or who want to feel supported, educated, and empowered in their training.
